Day 4

day 4- a habit that you wish you didn’t have

I wish that I did not take on as much as I do sometimes. I like to be busy and sometimes I am WAY to busy and I wear myself out and stress myself out.
I talk A LOT.
I wish I wasn't so lazy in the exercise area.
I wish I didn't get stressed out so easy!

I hear the exercise is supposed to help with the stress. That's just what I hear. I haven't been motivated to try it yet, either. :)
